Roller Truck Board
Dockzilla’s Roller Truck Board is a mobile dock plate that simplifies and expedites loading into last mile delivery vehicles. When utilized in conjunction with our Universal Height Ramp that raises small delivery vans to dock height, the roller truck board increases safety and ergonomics for employees.

Dockzilla’s Roller Truck Board provides added ingenuity for last mile order fulfillment into high-capacity vans. When the van doors are open for loading, the back of the van sits below the building floor which creates an uneven path into the vehicle. Our Truck Board bridges the gap between the building floor and the van for a safer, more ergonomic loading process. Plus, our mobile dock plates feature spring-assisted wheel engagement and hinged handles so they’re easy to navigate and position into vans by employees. This process significantly reduces back injuries and other hazards that occur when employees attempt to lift and move traditional aluminum dock boards.
Built for Safety & Maneuverability
- Patented built-in handrails @ 42″ provide fall protection
- Patented spring-assisted wheel engagement for easy maneuvering
- Patented integral handles for “no-lift” positioning
- Longer dock plate surface for productivity
