Dockzilla’s Z-Deck® Truck Leveler is a hydraulic trailer lift used to unload drop-deck trailers that arrive below dock height. This riser ramp, used to raise these specialized trailers to facilitate full-access loading for safer operations and 100% trailer cubing, features simple, push-button operation that requires only one employee to raise and lower the unit from inside the building.
Stop shopping and talk to a real engineer who understands what goes down at the loading dock.
Raises drop-deck trailers to dock height for full access and 100% trailer cubing.
Hump design eliminates slope when the rear axle is raised to mitigate trailer roll-away.
Hydraulic power raises and lowers trailers to reduce employee interaction and fuel productivity.
Load drop deck and standard trailers at the same dock door without adding new docks.
Only one employee needed to raise and lower the leveler via simple push button controls.
Integral red, green, and white lighting improves driver communication and enables after-hours loading.
Dockzilla’s Z-Deck® truck leveler retrofits any dock door at facilities that aren’t designed to accommodate lower, drop-deck trailers. A safety standard used by top auto manufacturers over the last two decades, the Z-Deck® leveler ramp features a Z-shaped design that guides the wheels up and over a hump and into position with the rear axle positioned toward the building. This design minimizes the trailer “roll-away” issue that occurs when trailers are positioned on a slope.
This hydraulic trailer lift includes several patented and exclusive offerings:
Drivers remain in the vehicle and employees have level access into trailer.
High-strength steel design with a 5-year structural warranty.
One-day installation and increased productivity.
Raises trailers to dock height and lowers to the ground when loading is complete.
