Last Mile Delivery Ramps
Dockzilla’s last mile delivery loading ramps eliminate redundancies and ergonomic hazards when vehicles are shorter than dock height. They’re custom-built to match the height of the building floor for safe, efficient loading of smaller grocery delivery trucks, last mile sprinter vans, refrigerated dairy or produce trucks, and parcel delivery vehicles. Our universal hydraulic ramps lift trailers to the height of the building floor, allowing short vehicles and 53’ over the road trailers to be serviced at the same dock position.
Dockzilla’s last mile delivery ramps lift entire vehicles or a single axle to dock height to reduce loading redundancies and the physical demands placed on employees. Ideal for white glove delivery, parcel shipping, and local market order fulfillment operations, these pre-fabricated steel ramps attach to the outside of the dock door, providing a more cost-effective option than building expansion or concrete construction.
Dockzilla offers both static and hydraulically-powered units for delivery vans in grocery, pharmaceutical, medical and other industries. Our engineers assess your volume, trailer/van style, and property configuration, and recommend the right solution for your needs and budget.
Universal Height Ramp
The Universal Height Ramp is hydraulically raised and lowered via simple, push-button operation so standard trailers and small last mile delivery vans can be serviced at the same dock door. These modular structures include several safety and performance features, including a driver safety step and integrated LED lighting for driver communication and enhanced visibility at night.
Parcel Dock Ramp
For shipping operations that consistently service a fleet of vans or trucks with the same bed height, such as grocery, pharmaceutical, and medical supply vehicles, our parcel dock ramps are installed at a fixed height. Vehicles simply back into the riser ramp and arrive level with the building floor with each visit to the facility so that parcels and packages can be quickly loaded into the vehicle.
Z-Deck® Truck Leveler
This Patented Z-Deck® truck leveler is deployed by the automotive industry to unload low-boy and trailers that commonly arrive below dock height. It’s hydraulically-powered and features simple, push-button operation so it only requires one employee to engage the unit.
Rear Axle Riser Ramp
Dockzilla’s rear axle ramps lift the back of standard and short vehicles up to dock height. This is a cost-effective solution for low volume loading operations that require height adjustments from time to time.
“Dockzilla’s gave us 10 dock doors where we only had one. By using their Mobile Cross Dock to load timely medical packages into delivery trucks, we’re saving hours in redundancies and we’re keeping vehicles on the road to meet critical deadlines for health care facilities.”
