Cross Dock Distribution

Dockzilla’s modular loading dock platforms are self–standing steel structures that can turn any property into a logistics and distribution center without the investment in a new building or expansion.  DZ engineers custom loading platform configurations – from two position cross docks to 100 position high speed distribution centers.

Case Study: Temporary Warehouse

Dockzilla self-standing loading dock platforms make it possible to expand loading and shipping capabilities at any facility without any construction delays or permanent change to the building. These heavy steel platforms are installed on the exterior of a building to retrofit existing grade level or dock height doors.

Loading Dock Platforms – Building Expansion

Dockzilla self-standing loading dock platforms make it possible to expand loading and shipping capabilities at any facility without any construction delays or permanent change to the building. These heavy steel platforms are installed on the exterior of a building to retrofit existing grade level or dock height doors.

Last Mile Delivery Ramps

Dockzilla’s last mile delivery loading ramps eliminate redundancies and ergonomic hazards when vehicles are shorter than dock height.  They’re custom-built to match the height of the building floor for safe, efficient loading of smaller grocery delivery trucks, last mile sprinter vans, refrigerated dairy or produce trucks, and parcel delivery vehicles.

Dock House Bolt-On Leveler

This self-supported loading dock leveler bolts onto a building, preserving valuable inside floor space unlike pit style dock levelers. The Dock House allows the interior door to seal tightly on the floor, creating energy efficiencies and a thermal environment for loading of perishables.

Self-Standing Platform

Our heavy-steel loading dock platforms are modular, self-standing structures that help companies sort, transfer, and load products more efficiently. DZ platforms can be configured in varying widths and in multiple units for retail distribution center cross docking, rail dock loading, interior loading, and more.

Dock Levelers

Loading dock levelers are critical for unloading trailers as they bridge the gap between your building and the trailer bed. They float with the vertical motion of the trailer to support forklift loads traversing back and forth.  We offer several designs to fit various loading dock designs, including Edge of Dock, mechanical, hydraulic push-button, and high-capacity options.

Parcel Dock Ramp

Our parcel dock ramps eliminate ergonomic issues involved in manually loading when a delivery vehicle arrives below dock height. When parcel delivery trucks attempt to use the same loading dock as higher semi trailers, employees often make up for the height discrepancy by hoisting boxes up to the building floor, and moving the boxes again at dock level.

Dock to Ground Ramp

Our Dock to Ground Ramps help forklifts and vehicles gain access into industrial or spec facilities at dock high doors. These high strength steel forklift loading ramps are as strong as conventional concrete, yet can be removed and relocated.
