Riveted Series - Dockzilla

Dock House

The DZ Dock House is a comprehensive portable loading dock designed to maximize energy efficiency and preserve interior floor space. Unlike conventional pit-style concrete construction that carves out valuable floor space inside a facility, these modular loading docks are bolted to a building’s exterior.

Dock to Ground Ramp

Our dock-to-ground ramp helps businesses gain forklift access to the outside and improve loading efficiencies. Customized to building door width, these heavy-steel forklift loading ramp are strong as conventional concrete, yet can be removed and relocated. These dock to grade ramps are ideal for leased facilities and spec warehouses, or for to provide exterior access alongside a lineup of Dockzilla Dock House loading dock positions.

Parcel Dock Ramp

Our parcel dock ramps eliminate ergonomic issues involved in manually loading when a delivery vehicle arrives below dock height. When parcel delivery trucks attempt to use the same loading dock as higher semi trailers, employees often make up for the height discrepancy by hoisting boxes up to the building floor, and moving the boxes again at dock level. These shipping dock ramps raise the truck or van so that employees can handle fewer times, and expedite packages more efficiently, without risk of injury.

Self-Standing Platform

Our heavy-steel loading dock platforms are modular, selfstanding structures that help companies sort, transfer, and load products more efficiently. DZ platforms can be configured in varying widths and in multiple units for retail distribution center cross docking, rail dock loading, interior loading, and more. These freestanding loading docks feature pedestrian handrails and stairs, and can integrate high-capacity loading dock levelers and vehicle restraints.

Dock Levelers

Loading dock levelers are critical for unloading trailers as they bridge the gap between your building and the trailer bed. They float with the vertical motion of the trailer to support forklift loads traversing back and forth. We offer several designs to fit various loading dock designs, including Top of Dock, Edge of Dock, mechanical, hydraulic push-button, and high-capacity options. Eliminating the need for concrete work and time-intensive installation, our dock leveler designs are either anchored to the exterior of the building or to the floor of your building.
