  • Manufacturing Quality Engineer

    Working in a team environment, the Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for creating, documenting, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes for new, revised, and existing equipment. This person will support the manufacturing team by facilitating efficient operations within the production area, to optimize existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met. Quality is key to providing our customers with the best product designs to meet their needs. In addition, the role will oversee the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control measures and documenting production issues.

  • Production Planner

    The Production Planner will report to our Director of Manufacturing but work with all departments including sales, engineering and manufacturing.   • Applications Engineer

    As an Applications Engineer at Dockzilla, you’ll support our sales engineers and product development teams by designing complex modular loading docks and structures that address our customer’s challenges with loading OTR trailers, last mile delivery vehicles, shipping containers, etc.  In this engineering role, you will have the ability to work closely with our chief engineer, who holds 40+ patents in the material handling industry, along with an exceptional group of imaginative sales engineers. This individual will be responsible for translating customer input, property/building surveys, and details from our sales team into approval drawings for our customers, who represent emerging businesses, top national brands, and Fortune 500 companies.

  • Subcontract Program Manager

    The Subcontract Program Manager will lead all aspects of Dockzilla’s subcontract requirements by working with internal teams and external stakeholders (legal, insurance) to implement and ensure correct submittal of these obligations.  This dynamic candidate will oversee the review and execution of our Subcontractor Agreements, as well as documentation related to safety compliance, insurance standards/certificates, sub-subcontractor agreements, and job close out forms as required by our general contractor customers.

  • Sales Engineer

    The Sales Engineer position will be primarily responsible for lead qualification, the prospect relationship, social media marketing initiatives, increasing revenue and profit, and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary service contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, including some strategic planning responsibilities. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality.
