Yes, we’ll work with you to tailor the solution to fit your exact needs. We’ll build a plan that starts with our foundational high-strength steel platforms and is then customized with the loading dock equipment you need, including dock levelers and dock to ground ramps, vehicle restraints etc. We then collaborate to determine if you need a canopy or enclosure, HVAC, electricity and more. Professional Engineer-stamped drawing are included with all buildings that have a canopy or enclosure.
Will one of your Modular Logistics Buildings last in a high cycle environment?
The fast deployment makes these great temporary needs like peak season surges or short-term projects, however our platforms and dock equipment are constructed for long-term, high-cycle use, just like a permanent structure. Dockzilla has a 5-year structural warranty with the opportunity to further extend with the execution of a preventative maintenance plan. The expected life of Dockzilla platforms is 20+ years per AISC steel design.
How does installation work?
We’ve engineered the process to be lightyears faster than construction. All our equipment is prefabricated offsite and can be shipped upon completion to streamline and expedite the execution if needed by running both manufacturing and installation in conjunction. Our team manages engineering through project management and installation.
Will I need to coordinate sub-contractors for all the different aspects of my project?
